This resuscitation unit is vital for providing infants with a purpose-built examination bed that includes a warmer as well as special monitoring devices. It can be stocked with other smaller equipment and provides oxygen needed for resuscitation as well as treating critically ill babies. Whether at birth or any time during admission, any baby that is unwell or requires any assistance will be transferred to a resuscitaire as medical staff know they will have all equipment required in the one place and it is always ready to go.
