Say thank you to our frontline health heroes this Christmas.

Please donate, you can make a difference this Christmas.

Our frontline doctors and nurses with Humpty’s help have given many children another Christmas with their family.

This year more than ever our doctors and nurses have worked above and beyond.

Now is the time for us to say thank you.

Your gift to Humpty, however big or small, will help us continue to provide hospitals across Australia with urgently needed medical equipment.

So often our medical teams are working with one hand tied behind their back.

So often they can’t provide the best possible outcomes – and not because of a lack of skill

So often the equipment they need is not there when they need it.

Our doctors and nurses deserve and need our support – let's give it to them so they can continue to give Aussie kids the best fighting chance.

We need your help.

Humpty needs your support to ensure we can continue to provide hospitals with the medical equipment they urgently need. It shouldn’t matter where you live, but sadly it does.

We are so grateful for your incredible commitment to the Humpty Dumpty Foundation, for your contribution and support to the lives of countless children across the nation.

Questions

How is Humpty helping?

add remove

In these uncertain times, one thing is for certain - Australian hospitals need life-saving equipment more than ever. Through the support of our corporate partners and donors, Humpty has been able to ease the load for frontline doctors and nurses around the nation by providing much needed equipment to hospitals in metropolitan and regional areas.

The Humpty Dumpty Foundation is the largest charitable supplier of children’s medical equipment behind State and Territory Governments across Australia and is working hard with health officials and communities to ensure all states and territories have the equipment they need.

How is Humpty supporting our frontline workers?

add remove

Unfortunately, even in a pandemic, kids will still get sick and babies will still be born too early or with a range of conditions that need medical treatment.

How doctors and nurses manage those children has changed somewhat and travel restrictions mean our hospitals - especially our rural and regional hospitals and emergency departments - more than ever before, depend on having the right medical equipment to assess and treat sometimes incredibly challenging presentations. The right equipment in the right place at the right time ensures less stress for the medical teams while little patients get the best care possible.

How many hospitals does Humpty support?

add remove

To date, Humpty has provided medical equipment to Paediatric Wards, Neonatal Units, Maternity and Emergency Departments in 433 hospitals and health service centres right across Australia and this hospital list continues to grow.

How does Humpty make a tangible difference?

add remove

One of Humpty's breakthrough fundraising methods was the creation of Humpty’s Wish List in 2001. Each piece of medical equipment item that appears on the Wish List has been specifically requested by a hospital to meet an urgent need and is approved by our Medical Sub-Committee.

Humpty’s Wish List provides donors the opportunity to choose a piece of medical equipment within their budget for a hospital of their choice. Each piece of medical equipment donated is purchased directly by the Humpty Dumpty Foundation and delivered to the nominated hospital. All medical equipment purchases and donations received are 100% tax deductible and make a significant difference to the health and well-being of hundreds of thousands of children across Australia.

Humpty’s Wish List makes a real tangible difference to Australian hospitals, ensuring they have equitable access to medical equipment they need.

The Humpty Dumpty Foundation is the largest charitable supplier of children’s medical equipment behind State and Territory Governments across Australia and is working hard with health officials and communities to ensure all states and territories have the equipment they need.

Merry Christmas. Our family my wife Linda, me and our little dog Loki have started this tradition for Christmas to give $10 per household member to a worthy cause. We are expecting our first baby early next year and hence providing essential medical care to children wherever needed especially neonatal care is our chosen cause this year.
